STARKSBORO — An increase in education property tax rates will lead to higher tax bills in Starksboro this year. On July 16 the town selectboard set the 2019–2020 municipal tax rate at $0.6011 per $100 of assessed property value, a decrease of 0.5 percent. The rate includes $0.0012 to raise the amount granted as an exemption for disabled veterans.
