Paul Dragon is the new executive director of Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO). In July, I will start working at the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO), a community action agency in northwest Vermont. The ideals that lead community action are embedded in social and racial justice. Community action agencies were part of Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty, which began in 1964.
