Career Center holds “Celebration of Learning” at MUHS

The Patricia A. Hannaford Career Center provides vocational and technical education to students and adults in the 17 Addison County towns served by the Addison Central, Addison Northwest and Mount Abraham Unified school districts. Hannaford Career Center leaders are asking the state to ramp up school choice among Vermont’s 17 Career and Technical Education hubs, which could increase enrollment and lower its tuition.

Most Addison County voters on Town Meeting Day will field a proposed Patricia Hannaford Career Center budget of $6,271,915, representing a 9.95% increase compared to the current spending plan.

The Patricia A. Hannaford Career Center recently won not one, but two “Coolest Things Made in Vermont Awards” bestowed by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.
