MIDDLEBURY — Middlebury police cited Mathew Billings, 36, of Cornwall for aggravated assault following an investigation of a reported knife-wielding man in a Jayne Court apartment on Dec. 30. Police said no one was injured in the incident. Billings was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center for lack of $10,000 bail, according to police.
