President Joe Biden plans to nominate Mary Kay Lanthier, the supervising attorney in the Rutland County Public Defender’s Office, to be the next federal judge for Vermont, the White House announced on Thursday, May 23.
President Biden on Thursday appointed Mary Kay Lanthier, a public defender in Rutland with a history in Addison County, to the U.S. District Court of Vermont.
