SALISBURY — Vermont State Police on Thursday provided the name of the man whose body was found dead in Salisbury on Tuesday morning. The body of 34-year-old Nicholas Louras of Rutland was found off Route 53/Lake Dunmore Road in Salisbury on the morning of Oct. 8. Vermont’s Chief Medical Examiner’s Office performed an autopsy on Wednesday, which state police said enabled them to positively identify Nicholas Louras.
