LINCOLN — The library’s Pop-In People sessions wrap up on Wednesday, Aug. 23, with a celebration from 3 to 5 p.m. Paul and Ginny Curtis will bring their antique truck and help celebrate the end of the summer program with old fashioned games and ice-cream making.
