MAV middle school boys’ lax team claims league crown

The Mount Abraham/Vergennes boys’ middle school lacrosse team on June 11 claimed the Northern Vermont Youth Lacrosse League Division II championship, defeating top-seeded Milton in a final played in Essex. 

Girls’ lacrosse all-star picks announced

A dozen members of the Middlebury Union High School and Mount Abraham-Vergennes cooperative girls’ lacrosse teams earned either Vermont Division I or Division II postseason honors.
