Letter to the editor: Middlebury must address flooding at rail underpass

Last Saturday, July 13, the underpass that connects Elm Street to Seymour Street in Middlebury flooded again and had to be closed. This is not a hundred-year event. Please address it.

Deepest thanks are extended to all of the members of the local and state police departments, as well as members of the Addison County Sheriff’s Department, who responded to the incident at a residence on Seymour Street in Middlebury last Friday, June 30.
