Ways of Seeing: Refilling the joy coffers

If you are concerned, angry and appalled at these killings and these immigration policies, you are invited to join a vigil on Saturday, July 25, from 4-5 p.m. at the Cross Street Bridge in Middlebury.

“If we believed our Latino neighbors were our equals . . . we would see the link between the crimes against humanity witnessed 500 years ago by Bartolomeo de las Casas and the arbitrary seizure and detention of people from within our communities today.”
