Preliminary work has begun to transform the former Ferrisburgh Methodist Church, on Route 7 next to Ferrisburgh’s town office building, into the new home of the nearby Gilfeather’s Fine Provisions, according to Rick and Nan Benson, the owners of the grocery, specialty food and takeout business.
