WEST HAVEN — Second-place finishes by Brandon’s Joey Scarborough and Matt Bilodeau and Orwell’s Garrett Given highlighted local drivers’ efforts at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Sunday, a night that saw four first-time winners at the dirt track.
