FERRISBURGH — Ferrisburgh Grange 539 recently honored Carrie Ann Barrows as its 2020 Community Citizen. Barrows’ efforts made this year’s Vergennes Union High School graduates a memorable one by placing their senior pictures on the oval in front of the Vergennes Union High School. Barrows has always been active in promoting sports programs for all ages in the Vergennes area school system.
