Donovan to EPA: COVID-19 not a reason to ignore environmental law violations

MONTPELIER — Vermont Attorney General T.J. Donovan and 13 other state attorneys general submitted a letter this week to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) denouncing the EPA’s March 26 announcement that it would roll back environmental enforcement.
