Addison County has many facilities where people can participate or compete in a variety of individual or team sports. The most recent addition is the newly built Middlebury College Disc Golf Course, which officially opened to the public on July 1.
Bradley Schott loves the fun and challenge of outdoor sport and he has taken his interest in disc golf to another level by becoming a professional in the sport.
In addition to appointing David DiBiase as the city’s fire chief, the Vergennes City Council on May 9 voted unanimously to appropriate $3,000 from the city’s Watershed Fund to support a proposed nine-hole Disc Golf course in Falls Park.
The city-owned Falls Park in Vergennes could in the near future be home to a nine-hole disc golf course that would be free for all to use.
