Cornwall church introduces its Steinway with free concerts

Local music lovers will be able to glory in the sound of a rebuilt and reconditioned Steinway piano that has found a new home in the sanctuary of the Cornwall Congregational Church.

This talented duo of Kendra Gratton and Lisa Powell will provide a family friendly evening of familiar singalong songs.

Coming up on Thursday, Feb. 16, come out to Cornwall Congregational Church to see Uncle Joe at the monthly Cornwall Community Coffee House perform at 7 p.m.

The monthly Cornwall Community Coffeehouse welcomes Middlebury-based acoustic guitarist and vocalist Mark Sikora on Thursday, Jan. 19, 7-9 p.m.

The debut performance of the new music series in Cornwall late last month was a resounding success. 

The West Cornwall Backyard Concert Series has teamed up with the Friends of Cornwall School and the Cornwall Congregational Church to bring into being the Cornwall Community Coffeehouse.
