Vt. high schoolers can get a free, fast-tracked associate degree

Vermont high school juniors can now apply to earn a free, fast-tracked associate degree through the Free Degree Promise pathway at the Community College of Vermont.

More Vermonters than ever now qualify for free college tuition, thanks to a major expansion of the 802 Opportunity program at the Community College of Vermont (CCV).
