MIDDLEBURY — Middlebury police dealt with some flash flooding from a large downpour on the afternoon of Saturday, July 13. Local police worked with Middlebury firefighters on Seymour Street after flash flooding filled the railroad underpass and enveloped a vehicle during the early afternoon of July 13.
