WEST HAVEN — On an evening when Poultney’s Dave Camara won his first Devil’s Bowl Speedway race in 14 years, local drivers Mike Clark Jr. of Salisbury and Tim LaDuc of Orwell also received checkered flags on Saturday night. Other area racers had good nights, but did not earn first-place results. Camara, a top Devil’s Bowl driver in the 1990s and early 2000s, had been among the premier-division Sportsman Modified points leaders heading into this past weekend.
