VERGENNES — The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Vergennes is now billing itself as “The Little Club That Did.” Fair enough: The Vergennes youth club this Wednesday will host an all-are-welcome party at its year-old Armory Lane home to celebrate its 20th birthday.
