Cleon Arthur Bigelow of Middlebury passed away surrounded by family at his home at 7 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024. A service for he and his recently departed wife, Helen, will be held Sunday, Sept. 29, at the American Legion in Middlebury.
