A crash in Starksboro kills two

STARKSBORO — A Hinesburg man will answer to charges of driving under the influence of drugs in connection with a collision between his truck and an ATV on Route 116 in Starksboro that resulted in the deaths of two people Friday night. Vermont State Police said 20-year-old Bayly LaRock was driving a 2016 Chevrolet truck north on Route 116 at around 10:18 p.m. when he collided with an ATV that had just pulled onto the road from Freedom Acres.
