Letter to the editor: Change needed in November
A letter by Dan Monger in Jan. 2nd’s edition pointed out that the U.S. Congress is not doing its job of writing enough laws and that the reason is because of in-depth investigation of the president. My feeling is that honest, stable leadership must be our first priority and I’m grateful for those who pursued impeachment.
Our legislators realized that diplomacy and national security was at stake. Indeed our U.S. standing as an ally and collaborator has seriously eroded under our commander’s self interests. We need to regain trust at home and around the world by coming together for a wise and compassionate leader in the November election. Pass it on.
