Bristol to close Briggs Hill Road for winter

Bristol officials have decided to close the west end of Briggs Hill Road for the winter. Meanwhile, they will continue to explore long-term solutions for the road, which was badly damaged by heavy rains in the past two summers and has continued to deteriorate since then.
