Short film highlights life, legacy of Vermont farmer

A NEW ANIMATED short film entitled “Love of the Land” details the story of Romaine Tenney, a Vermont farmer whose land was on the path of construction for Interstate 91 in the 1960s. Residents can learn more about Tenney’s life and legacy at an Aug. 7 screening of the short film at the Middlebury Marquis Theatre. Photo courtesy of Travis Van Alstyne
