Swaying Daisies sells honey, helps bees
KAREN AND GERALD Posner opened Swaying Daisies Honeybee farm, farmstand and café on Route 7 in Ferrisburgh earlier this year. The couple sells raw honey harvested from their hives, along with honey-filled goodies, fresh produce and pollinator plants.

Last year, Karen and Gerald Posner purchased the former Lamoille Woodcraft stand at 5075 Route 7 in Ferrisburgh, and this summer they started selling raw honey, honey-filled treats and goods from local farms and businesses under the new name.
