CORNWALL — John Manchester left this world to join his heavenly family Oct. 3, 2026. He was born in Oakland, Md., to Kenneth Sr. and Maxine (Butts) Manchester.
He grew up in Cornwall and attended schools in Cornwall and Middlebury. John joined the army in 1977 and spent the majority of his military service in Germany.
He loved to fish and spent most of his spare time fishing on Lake Champlain.
John was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Brian, Dean and Charles and sister Beth Ann.
He is survived by his brother Kenneth Jr. (Joan) and his sister Debbie; nieces Suzie and Kendy and nephew AJ; and great nieces and nephews Alex, AJ Jr., Felicia and Ella.
There will be no service or calling hours. A private cemetery service will be held at a later date.
