DIANA ALENE PETERSON

MIDDLEBURY — Diana Alene Peterson passed away June 9, 2026, with her son at her side. She was born in Meadville, Pa., July 29, 1940. She leaves behind the love of her life, her husband of 37 years, Bruce B. Peterson of Middlebury Vt.; her children, Mark Johnson (Betsy) and Amy Johnson; her stepchildren Tom Peterson (Xiaoling), Kristin Abbott (Abbott), and Donald Peterson (Amy), her grandchildren Rheanna Abbott, Jeff Abbott, Clark Johnson, Benjamin Johnson and Samuel Johnson; her great-granddaughter Alma Josephine Hernandez de Henestrosa Abbott; and her beloved kitty Simba.
