Bristol police log: Starksboro man arrested on three warrants

Bristol police on Feb. 19 arrested Joshua Emmons, 40, of Starksboro on three warrants. According to police, Emmons had failed to appear for previously scheduled criminal court hearings — one in Addison County and two in Chittenden County.
