Caverly pre-school program loses by one vote

Following what Otter Valley Unified Union School Board member Barbara Ebling called extraordinary public turnout in favor of keeping the Caverly pre-school program at its present location in Pittsford, the board nevertheless failed by a single vote to muster the support necessary to preserve the program as is.
