Agency to launch new care home in E. Middlebury
THIS HOME AT 427 East Main St. in East Middlebury is being renovated so that Addison County Home Health & Hospice can run it as a new care home for folks with chronic ailments who can no longer live independently.

Addison County Home Health & Hospice have closed on closed on a 2,963-square-foot, five-bedroom home in East Middlebury that they plan to renovate into a residential care home for up to eight medically frail adults.
