New owners take the reins at Tourterelle
CHRISTINE THOMAS-SNELL, RIGHT, opened New Haven’s Tourterelle restaurant and wedding venue with Bill Snell back in 2009. Now, the longtime owners are passing the baton to Shelby Mosello, left, and Austin Ping, who plan to keep business running as usual with the addition of more community events at the site later down the road.
