Updated: Scott picks Lincoln Democrat to fill Addison-4 House vacancy

Gov. Phil Scott announced that Lincoln Democrat Karen Lueders will serve the balance of a term vacated this past summer by former Addison-4 Rep. Mary Cordes, D-Bristol.
