Successful head of Bixby Library is stepping down

BIXBY LIBRARY EXECUTIVE Director Catharine Hays walks into the library’s central lobby from the western wing. Hays will step down in September after a productive tenure of more than five years.

Now, after five years of success in Vergennes, Hays will soon leave the Bixby due to positive personal reasons.
