Vermont Rail updates 5-year plan

Every five years, the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) updates the state’s official Rail Plan. The plan covers the 580 miles of active rail lines in the state and guides the future of passenger rail, namely Amtrak, and freight rail throughout Vermont and its neighboring states.
