Anthony M. Haskins, 75, of Starksboro

STARKSBORO — Anthony M. Haskins, 75, of Starksboro, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington. Born on March 11, 1950, in Burlington, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Bernice (Ploof) Haskins.

Andy was a jack of all trades who travelled a lot and was a talented artist and put the beauty he saw in his many travels into his paintings, drawings, carvings, sculptures, and so much more.

He will be greatly missed by his family. His girlfriend of 35 years, Carolyn Morse, and son, Timothy Morse, Amanda Plankey (daughter-in-law), Karson Morse Plankey (grandson), a brother, Dana Haskins, and his wife, Ruth, two sisters, Charlene Smith and Candice (Candy) Laplatney, and his cousin Lester Ayers.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Maple Street Cemetery, 380 Maple St., Waterbury Center, Vt. 05677. ◊
