Think like a local: Try a Vermont staycation!

Like many Vermont residents, my wife Dottie and I try to budget each year for a weeklong winter sojourn with one prerequisite: It must be somewhere warm to recharge the internal battery amid unrelenting cold temps and falling snow here in the Northeast.
