Activities include Tee Ball, Farm team, Majors and Minors Softball, and Majors and Minors Baseball. If you have questions, email [email protected]. Scholarships of any size are available. Donations would be greatly appreciated! If you are a business and would like to sponsor Little League, contact the email above.

Stitch and Spin continues again at the Russell Memorial Library at 92 Monkton Ridge. Join Assistant Librarian Kat on Sunday, March 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. You are invited to bring your fiber project to work on with friends, ask for advice and share the piece you are working on. Bring your crocheting, knitting, stitching, mending, weaving, spinning, felting or any other project of your choice. Hot beverages will be available. Come alone or in a group! Stitch and Spin will continue once a month on every third Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. through June 15.

Also continuing is the weekly Toddler Tuesday, 3-6 p.m. Stop in at the library to join other families and let the children explore and check out books and play with the toys. It’s a great way to get the children together for a fun and educational playtime.

Community Yoga at the library continues on each Saturday morning, 8- 9 a.m. Practice inner reflection with movement to music and connecting meditation in a warm and welcoming space, emphasizing on pausing in the present moment. Students of all ages, bodies and abilities are welcome!

A reminder to stop into the library on March 13 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. to hear Roger Wallace and Susan DeSimone tell of their adventures on their sailboat trip to the Bahamas.
