Dale & Lucinda Cockrell’s adventures with animals in Africa, part 3

The Secretarybird. If a Park visitor is lucky they will get to see one of these striking birds, for they aren’t common. We were extraordinarily lucky on this day, for not only did we see one, but it strode along (at about 2 mph) in close parallel to our car for more than 11 minutes.
