Exhibit in Middlebury considers color, light and emotion
A solo exhibition of new work by Julia Jensen will open at Edgewater Gallery on the Green, 6 Merchants Row, in Middlebury on Oct. 25. “Thereafter,” echoes Jensen’s evolved process of painting the landscape by suggesting that there is a continuation of something that started from a particular point, in this case, the details of a scene, but then continues on to evolve into a composition with its own set of elements of abstraction, color, light and emotion.
