New fund available to dairy workforce

A NEW FUND will provide grants and other resources to farms, milk processing plants and other programs in Vermont and the Northeast to help grow the dairy workforce, including people like this woman milking a cow.

The Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center, known as NE-DBIC, last week launched of the Dairy Workforce Impact Fund, a new initiative designed to address critical workforce challenges in the region’s dairy industry.
