U.S. Senator Peter Welch inducted five people in the Vermont Agricultural Hall of Fame at the Champlain Valley Fair in Essex Junction on Aug. 28. Among them was Starksboro’s Ellen Kahler, who heads up the Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund.
