Porter Medical Center eyeing a modest rate hike

State healthcare regulators on Aug. 28 will begin their review of Porter Medical Center’s (PMC) proposed fiscal year 2025 budget, a spending plan that calls for base revenues of around $234.5 million, which would require an increase of 4.2% in net patient revenues and a commercial rate increase of 2.99%.
