Duguay hired for key Vermont Chamber post

Nine months ago, Karen Duguay was promoting and implementing strategies to improve the economic health of downtown Middlebury. She’s now performing that job on a much bigger scale, as senior director of programming for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.
