Today dawned for the third in a row with frost on the grass and vehicles. Overnight temperatures have been flirting with 30 degrees, but have shepherded welcome daytime clear skies and bright sun. This string of cool weather follows last Sunday’s boiling rain which caused universal discomfort amongst the natives of the Hilton Head Low-country.
