Ferrisburgh preps for sale of Route 7 Brown Church

FERRISBURGH TOWN OFFICIALS recently asked that anyone interested in buying the Brown Church on Route 7 in the village put in a proposal in the next month. Buyers of the building, which was recently deeded to the town, would have to agree to maintain its historic look.

The former Ferrisburgh United Methodist Church on Route 7 has been put up for sale by its new owner, the town of Ferrisburgh.
