Ferrisburgh preps for sale of Route 7 Brown Church

FERRISBURGH TOWN OFFICIALS recently asked that anyone interested in buying the Brown Church on Route 7 in the village put in a proposal in the next month. Buyers of the building, which was recently deeded to the town, would have to agree to maintain its historic look. Independent photo/Steve James

The former Ferrisburgh United Methodist Church on Route 7 has been put up for sale by its new owner, the town of Ferrisburgh.
