Stocker gets five-month sentence for PPP loan fraud

An Addison County woman who was convicted and received probation for lying to improperly obtain nearly $140,000 from federal programs in 2018 is going to jail — after lying again to the feds, this time to get money unlawfully under the Payroll Protection Program.
