Bristol Police Log: Police cite two for assault

BRISTOL — Bristol police on Feb. 22 investigated a domestic assault on Adirondack View. In the end, police cited Devin Humiston, 25, and Eleni Brouillard, 21, both of Bristol, for domestic assault.  

Between Feb. 18 and 24 Bristol police completed two foot patrols and one car patrol, conducted 20 traffic stops, and checked security at Mount Abraham Union High School eight times, at Bristol Elementary School eight times and at local businesses five times. 

Police also processed nine fingerprint requests and conducted two welfare checks. 

In other recent activity, Bristol police: 

• On Feb. 19 received a check found on Prince Lane. The check was returned to its owner. 

• On Feb. 21 responded to a citizen dispute on Main Street. Police determined the matter was a civil issue and helped the individuals find a resolution. 

• On Feb. 22 responded to a motor vehicle collision on Mountain Street. 

• On Feb. 22 received a black Jetson Jupiter model scooter, known as a JJUP. The owner can retrieve the scooter at the Bristol Police Department. 

• On Feb. 24 responded to a report of a dog at large on Prince Lane. The dog left prior to when police arrived.
