Turning Point looks to grow, repair its Creek Road home
Three months after abandoning an effort to relocate its substance-use disorder programming to the former St. Mary’s School, Turning Point Center officials have settled on a more modest plan to expand and renovate the nonprofit’s current home at 54A Creek Road in Middlebury.
