Blue skies prevail at Otter Valley graduation

This past Saturday started out overcast and chilly, but ultimately the skies cleared and the weather was beautiful for Otter Valley Union High School’s 2023 Commencement. It felt, in some ways, like a metaphor for the entirety of these kids’ last four years.
